What does the trial actually include? +
Seven full days of every agent you hired, no card up front, no asterisks. After the trial, your first month is 50% off automatically. Cancel any time before day 7 and you've paid nothing.
Can I cancel? +
Any time. No contracts, no minimums, no penalty. If an agent isn't working out, drop them or swap them for a different one — same account, same login.
How does Maya's phone number work? +
Maya answers calls on a shared number you point your ads or listings to. Most customers run her this way for the first few weeks while they decide. If you want a dedicated number that's exclusively yours, that's a paid upgrade you can add after the trial — not available during the free 7 days.
Do I have to install Alex on my site myself? +
No. We build and integrate Alex into your site for you — that's why it takes 1–7 days instead of five minutes. You're not pasting a script tag and hoping it works. You get a working integration that fits your site.
What kind of data does Cracyncia need? +
Whatever you have — sales exports, ad spend, signup logs, support volume. You upload it directly through her dashboard and she takes it from there. No SQL, no integrations to configure, no API keys to manage.
When are Sophia I and Victor I going to be available? +
Both are in Beta. Sign up and select "notify me" for either of them and you'll be first in line when they open. You can keep using your Alpha agents in the meantime — adding new ones later doesn't disrupt anything.
What's a Level 1 Prebuild? +
Prebuilds and custom AI builds are separate offerings outside the standard agent fleet — usually for businesses that need something specific to their workflow. Reach out and we'll talk through it.
What if I'm not technical? +
Good — neither are most of our customers. Maya and Cracyncia don't require any technical setup. Alex doesn't either, because we handle it. If you can use email and click through a dashboard, you can run the team.
